Add each quarterly report as it arrives and NephAI reads the numbers out of it, checks they add up to the stake totals, and remembers them. You can then simply ask it questions — how a ward is trending, where attendance has slipped — instead of digging through the reports yourself. Every quarter you add is kept. Adding the same quarter again replaces only that one.
