How long to wait before a message leaves
A message sits in your outbox for this long, so you can stop it if you spot a mistake.

NephAI uses these whenever you or it says something like “this evening” or “tomorrow morning”, and when it proposes times for meetings.
When “tomorrow” means
Snoozing a message until tomorrow brings it back at this hour.
When “next week” means
Snoozing a message until next week brings it back at this hour on Monday.
How your mail looks
How tightly packed the list is
Compact fits more on screen at once.
How much of each message to show in the list
A line or two of the opening text, so you can often tell what a message is about without opening it.
Where a message opens when you click it
Beside the list keeps your place; full width gives the message more room.
What NephAI does with your mail
Should NephAI write replies before you ask?
When it does, a reply is already waiting when you open a message — you read it, adjust it if you want, and send. You can ask for one on any message whatever you choose here.
Interrupt me when…
These are the only two things NephAI will interrupt you for. It never announces ordinary new mail.
Replying automatically while you are away
This is set up under Automations rather than here, so it keeps working with your computer closed and you can see exactly what went out and to whom.

Conversations you have muted
Nothing is muted
If a conversation keeps pulling you back in, mute it from its menu and NephAI stops raising new replies on it. It will appear here.
Senders you have blocked
Nothing is deleted. Their mail still arrives in your account and you can still search for it — NephAI just keeps it out of your inbox.
Nobody is blocked
Block a sender from a conversation's menu and they will be listed here.
Pop-up alerts on this computer
While NephAI is open, it can pop up an alert for two things only: something waiting for your approval, and a mail account that has stopped working. It never announces ordinary new mail.

Nothing yet. Tell NephAI in conversation to remember something — how you prefer something done, or a fact that will not change — and it appears here for you to confirm.
Before anything leaves your name
NephAI never emails anyone or invites anyone to a meeting on its own. You always see the exact message, the exact people, and the exact time, and you decide. There is nothing to set here — this is how it works. The one exception is work you deliberately hand over under Automations, one outcome at a time, where you set exactly who may be contacted and what may be said.
