This is where you teach NephAI to write as you. What you put here shapes every email it drafts in your name.

How drafts are written

About you

NephAI uses these to recognise mail meant for you and to sign your messages correctly.

How NephAI refers to you.

The address you sign in with. It cannot be changed here.

Every time NephAI shows you, and every meeting it proposes, uses this.

Used when NephAI signs a message as you, and to judge what falls to you rather than someone else.

NephAI writes to you, and drafts for you, in this language.

So NephAI recognises a message meant for you even when it is not addressed to your full name. Separate them with commas.

Appears where NephAI signs on your behalf.

One or two lines. It uses this to judge what matters to you and how to pitch what it writes.

How you write

The starting point for every message NephAI drafts as you. The more you give it here, the more your drafts sound like you rather than like a machine.

How every draft should sound before anything narrows it — for example “warm but brief, plain language, no jargon.”

Paste a few things you have actually written. Separate each one with a blank line so they are read as separate examples.

The line you usually close with. NephAI removes it when learning from your sent mail so your sign-off is not mistaken for your writing.

Sounding different in different settings

You write differently to a bishop than to a colleague or your family. NephAI picks the right one from who the message is to. Leave any of them blank and it uses your general voice above.
